The NTL 210
The NTL 210 mobile terminal can be installed in your boat in a few minutes with several screws and a screwdriver! There is no wiring, no invasive drilling and no cutting. The base units are all-in-one, self-contained and fully integrated—including electronics, battery and antenna. The unit is designed to withstand even the harshest environments, including temperature, shock, spray, salt, sand, dust and steam.
The tracking technology is able to transmit and receive through fiberglass but not metal. The unit can be hidden in multiple locations - above a deck head panel, under a dashboard, or even in a wooden storage bin. No one will know that the unit is transmitting the boat’s exact location.
Long Battery Life
The GLS technology that forms the foundation of the NTL 210 is able to extend battery life longer than Global Positioning System (GPS) based devices. In fact, both of these units have the longest battery life available. The terminal can operate for years on the same internal battery pack.Two-Way Communication
With the duplex data NTL 210 unit installed on the vessel, you can use our online software to configure the unit’s parameters. You determine how often you want the unit to "wake up," receive signals from the satellite and send the location information over the Internet to the Nautical Tracking servers. A number of service plans are available to accommodate your needs.Complete Satellite Coverage
Only satellite tracking technology can provide seamless coverage. Whichever option you choose (NTL 210 - 250 miles offshore), the Nautical Tracking network leverages an L-band satellite in geosynchronous orbit to provide coverage with no "dead zones."The NTL 210 unit is changing the way yachts and charter fleets are tracked and managed. The base price of the unit plus the modest monthly tracking fee provide an incredibly economical way to monitor your vessel’s location and greatly increase the chances for recovery should a theft occur.
